Customer Support Representative - (Full-Time)
Duties:

Work with our customer support team and provide them great service! Being able to provide the answers, solve the problems and send them away happy.

Submit weekly reports from all customers you helped, those who go above and beyond are rewarded greatly.

Educate customers with upcoming sales, changes and new additions to the site.
Requirements:

Highschool diploma

College degree preferred

2+ years Experience in customer support and/or service.

Knowledge of microsoft word/excel.

Order Processing Assosiate - (Full-Time)
Duties:
-
Work daily on processed orders, ensuring all payments have come through with orders. Be able to submit orders quickly and fluently.

Submit orders for packaging and delivery. Ensure orders are properly sumited to designers and they are processed correctly.

Follow up with all incorecct/lost or abandoned orders. Ensure a solution is provided in that case.

Duties:

Provide daily/weekly blogs to the Fashion blog that will engage readers and customers. Properly covey upcoming changes to Viaste site.

Work with the social media and marketing team to build blog campaigns that involve outgoing topics, and exciting changes.

Work with lower peforming products to upsell them VIA the fashion blog.
Requirements:

College degree in Journalism and/or creative writing

2+ years creative writing / journalism
