Customer Support Representative - (Full-Time)

Duties:

  • Work with our customer support team and provide them great service! Being able to provide the answers, solve the problems and send them away happy.

  • Submit weekly reports from all customers you helped, those who go above and beyond are rewarded greatly.

  • Educate customers with upcoming sales, changes and new additions to the site.

Requirements:

  • Highschool diploma

  • College degree preferred

  • 2+ years Experience in customer support and/or service.

  • Knowledge of microsoft word/excel.

  • Have a high energy and friendly tone/voice.

  • Be able to work under pressure and high stressed situations, while keeping a professional attitude.

  • Be able to quickly solve problems, and resolve situations.

Order Processing Assosiate - (Full-Time)

Duties:

  • Work daily on processed orders, ensuring all payments have come through with orders. Be able to submit orders quickly and fluently. 

  • Submit orders for packaging and delivery. Ensure orders are properly sumited to designers and they are processed correctly.

  • Follow up with all incorecct/lost or abandoned orders. Ensure a solution is provided in that case.

Requirements:

  • Highschool diploma

  • College degree preferred

  • 3+ years Experience in customer support and/or service.

  • Knowledge of microsoft word/excel.

Fashion Blog Journalist - (Part-Time)

Duties:

  • Provide daily/weekly blogs to the Fashion blog that will engage readers and customers. Properly covey upcoming changes to Viaste site.

  • Work with the social media and marketing team to build blog campaigns that involve outgoing topics, and exciting changes. 

  • Work with lower peforming products to upsell them VIA the fashion blog. 

Requirements:

  • College degree in Journalism and/or creative writing

  • 2+ years creative writing / journalism

  • Knowledge of microsoft word/excel.

  • Have a high energy and friendly attitude in the workplace.

  • Be able to work under pressure and high stressed situations, while keeping a professional attitude.

  • Be able to quickly  think creatively on your feet.
