How do I track my order?
 

Easy! Once you have purchased your product, you are supplied a tracking number, that number will keep you updated wit heach phase your product is going through. It will also feature an expected arrival date. 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

At this time we are only able to provide 2 shipping options. This is based on the designer's shipping times. In the future we plan to offer quicker and more upgradeable shipping options. VIP shipping is provided at check-out.

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

If you are unhappy with an item please contact support immedietly at the number listed above, providing them with your Order # and the card you used to purchase the items. They will then walk you through the steps to returning.

 

 

What is your refund policy?
 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Couriers range depening on countries and zones. Once you have purchased your product you will recieve an email with the information needed to conatct the couriers.

We do provide international delivery, the shipping and tax rates are set accordingly to the countries requriements. Shipping dates may double depending on items purchased.

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

Items purchased can be returned for full refund within 30 days of purchasing the product. Returned items cannot be worn or altered, and must be accompanied by original price tag (if applicable), receipt and oacking slip. Damaged items should be returned to 221 N. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
